A User may be considered fraudulent or loss to business due to fraudulent activity if any of the following scenarios are met:

• Users doesn't reply to the payment verification mail sent by Qidhan.
• Users fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification
• Misuse of another Users's phone/email
• Users uses invalid address, email and phone no.
• Overuse of a voucher code
• Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used.
• Users returns the wrong product
• Users refuses to pay for an order
• Users involved in the snatch and run of any order
• Miscellaneous activities conducted with the sole intention to cause loss to business/revenue to Qidhan
• User with a very high return rate
• Repeated request for monetary compensation for fake/used order

Qidhan may cancel any order that classify as 'Bulk Orders'/'Fraud orders' under certain criteria at any stage of the product delivery. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order'/'Fraud Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as defined by Qidhan :

• Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
• Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address, depending on the product category.
• Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
• Invalid address given in order details
• Any malpractice used to place the order
• Any promotional voucher used for placing the 'Bulk Order' may not be refunded
• Any order paced using a technological glitch/loophole.

You shall not use the Platform for any unlawful and fraudulent purposes, which may cause annoyance and inconvenience and abuses any policy and rules of the Seller and interrupt or causes to interrupt, damages the use by other Users of Qidhan

You shall not use any false e-mail address, impersonates any person or entity, or otherwise misleads  Qidhan by sharing multiple address and phone numbers

You shall not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Platform or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Platform or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Platform. We reserve Our right to bar any such activity.

You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Platform, or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform or to any server, computer, network, or to any of the services offered on or through the Platform, by hacking, password "mining" or any other illegitimate means.

You may not pretend that You are, or that You represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity

However, your transactions details may be preserved by Qidhan for purposes of tax or regulatory compliance.

Qidhan may unilaterally terminate Your account on any event as mentioned in the Terms Of Use. Any credits earned through loyalty or referral program, Qidhan credit and pending refunds if any will be forfeited in such case. Returns/Refund for such Users shall be at the sole discretion of Qidhan

Unless otherwise specified, the material on the Platform is presented for sale in India as well as abroad. If purchase is made from any place other than India, then excess delivery/shipping charges may be applicable as prescribed.

15. Returns policy

The return option is extended to customers Only in India. Customers ordering from any other country apart from India cannot return the product under any condition.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.

For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away, and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date. This replacement for the damaged, rotten or contaminated products shall always be subject to our rights to recall the products to send it for further analysis and testing. DAMAGED DELIVERY OF PRODUCT

Kindly reach out to us for pilferage / leakage / tempering within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, you are requested to please make note of the below pointers:

• Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
• You may be required to informations like, a short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)
• The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any). Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged.
• The refund for prepaid / Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation

You may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:

• Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
• Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any).
• If a pilferage / leakage delivery was received, claims must be made the same day.
• You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 – 4 days post-delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.

You acknowledge and undertake that you are accessing the services on the Platform and transacting at your own risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transactions through Qidhan. While we have taken precautions to avoid inaccuracies in content, this website, all content, information (including the price of products), software, products, services and related graphics are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. At no time shall any right, title or interest in the products sold through or displayed on Platform vest with  Qidhan nor shall Qidhan have any obligations or liabilities in respect of any transactions on Platform.

Delivery Related - User agrees and acknowledges that any claims regarding order delivery (including non-receipt/ non- delivery of order or signature verification) shall be notified to Qidhan within 5 days from the alleged date of delivery of product reflecting on the  Qidhan portal. Non notification by You of non-receipt or non-delivery within the time period specified shall be construed as a deemed delivery in respect of that transaction.  Qidhan disclaims any liability or responsibility for claims regarding non-delivery, non-receipt of order (including signature verification in Proof of delivery) after 5 days from the alleged date of delivery of product reflecting on the  Qidhan portal.

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another Seller, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

 

17. Shipping Policy

We at Qidhan, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national & international couriers. Shipping charges will be applicable as prompted on our website. Products will be shipped in 10 working days. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information. We strive to deliver products purchased from Qidhan in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Also, for all the subsequent purchases of Rs. 2499* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A minimal shipping charge will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 2499 based on cart items.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges if paid online.

If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. For accounts whose return behaviour violates our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 149 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.

Does Qidhan deliver products outside of India.

Yes. We deliver products outside India. Customs and International Shipping.

All of Qidhan orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across India to your provided shipping address via DHL/FEDEX/ARAMEX. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL/FEDEX to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from DHL/FEDEX for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DHL/FEDEX directly at the time of delivery.

18. Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.

19. Payment

 

• (a) Customers may choose to pay by direct debit, credit card, advance payment, or other payment methods. Qidhan reserves the right to limit the method of payment chosen by the customer depending on order value, shipment destination, or other objective criteria.
• (b) If the customer selects a payment method or provides payment information that makes it impossible or impractical for Qidhan to receive payment (for example, the customer's account lacks sufficient funds, or the customer provided incorrect payment information) through no fault of Qidhan's own, the customer agrees that Qidhan may add an additional charge to the order to recoup costs associated with processing or attempting to process the impossible or impractical transaction.
• (c) Qidhan may sub-contract third parties to process payment.
• (d) If the customer fails to pay, Qidhan may assign its claims to a debt collection agency and transfer the personal data required for collecting payment to these third parties.

 

20. Title to Products

Until Qidhan receives full payment for an order and the order is shipped, title to the goods remains with Qidhan. Upon transfer of the goods to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the customer. The customer should handle products with care until the transfer of ownership is complete (for example, in case of a product return).

 

21. Prices

(a) All prices found on Qidhan’s site are final, and may change from time to time. Shipping and handling are billed and shown separately at checkout (or on invoices, if applicable). The shipping address and order amount may affect certain costs, and sales taxes may apply to some orders. The additional price will be reflected at the checkout page.

(b) All prices shown are in Indian Rupees and customers may pay only in India Rupees (INR).

(c) Customers must pay the purchase price, applicable sales taxes, and shipping and handling charges immediately upon placing an order, without deduction as decided and prompted by Qidhan.
